Team Leaders & Cleaner
Earn up to $21/hr for cleaning and travel time. Travel time is paid based on position and is paid $7.50 - $15/hr.
Quality Check Manager (w/Cleaning)
Only open to rock star team leaders that have shown responsibility. You will be provided with the company's car. Drive time will be included.
Pay is at: $18/hr
Your Role is to check other teams finished houses and do cleaning but you may also be asked to;
Earn up to $21/hr for cleaning and travel time. Travel time is paid based on position and is paid $7.50 - $15/hr.
- Casa Bella Certified. Means you meet Casa Bella cleaning procedures consistency. When Training random checks will be done to assure cleaning is up to standards. This includes ability to follow policy.
- Uses Own Vehicle. Has to be adequate for cleaning jobs and reliable. Drive time is paid at the cleaning price and is pre calculated.
- Team Leaders. Has to be earned. Responsible for communicating with clients, office and team. They structure the cleaning and ensure we are all on the same frequency. Random checks will be done on the team leaders' checked work to assure management is up to standards.
- Loyalty Every 3 months you stay with us. You get a .25 raise.

- Leave flyers at surrounding houses in the area.
- Inspecting cleaners' work and cleaning procedures while they are still cleaning.
- Cover and/or help teams with cleaning when needed.
